How do I register?
Visit https://www.busstopa5ads.sg/ and click/tap on “Register” at the top right corner of the page, then provide your details as required.

What is the size of the ad?
All ads will be standard A5 size (half A4).

What is the orientation of the ad? Can I book a full-coloured ad?
Ads will be printed in either colour OR black and white (advertiser's choice) and in landscape format only.

What is the minimum booking period?
The minimum booking period for each advertisement is 2 weeks. You can book in blocks of 2 weeks up to maximum 52 weeks.

What is the maximum booking period?
The maximum booking period for each advertisement is 52 weeks.

What is the maximum number of ads I can place at the same location?
Maximum two advertisements per Advertiser at each location during the same booking period.

Where are the locations of the A5 advertisement notice boards?
The notice boards are located near neighbourhood bus shelters and MRT stations. You can view the list of locations at https://www.busstopa5ads.sg/.

How long does it take to process my ad?
Following successful booking and payment, you will be notified within 3 to 5 working days whether your advertisement has been accepted or rejected. Please refer to No. 12 below if your advertisement is rejected.

What is the booking process?
a. Register for a user account at https://www.busstopa5ads.sg/.
b. Book online at https://www.busstopa5ads.sg/.
c. You will receive email notification if your payment has been successfully received.
d. You will receive email confirmation of your booking if your advertisement has been approved.

What is the cut-off date for ad copy to be received?
Bookings must be made and fully paid together with the advertisement submitted via https://www.busstopa5ads.sg/ by Wednesday 2359 hrs (11.59 pm) for posting on the immediate following Sunday.

What if my ad is rejected?
Advertisers will be required to resubmit an acceptable advertisement by the deadline stipulated in the email notification, failing which your advertisement will be posted on the next available Sunday (provided an acceptable advertisement is received). If no acceptable advertisement is received after 3 working days, the booking will be deemed cancelled and no refund will be given.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my booking?
No cancellation or changes is allowed after a booking has been made. No refund will be given.

Can I remove an ad before the end of the booking period?
You can inform us at a5ads@jcdecaux.com at least 2 weeks in advance. In the event of early withdrawal of the advertisement, there shall be no refund of the payment made.

What happens to expired ads?
Expired ads will be removed and discarded.

How do I know when my ad booking is confirmed?
After the booking and payment have been successfully made, advertisers will receive an email confirmation within 3 to 5 working days if their Advertisement has been approved.

Can I make changes to my advertisement?
No amendments or replacement of the advertisement is allowed after submission.

What is the payment limit of each booking?
The payment limit for each booking transaction is SGD 2999/-. If your total booking exceeds this amount, please make separate bookings.

What if I cannot upload file?
Only image files of either JPG or PNG format is accepted. If you need any assistance, you may contact us at a5ads@jcdecaux.com.

What if I have made a booking but my ad was not displayed?
This could be due to:
• The booking is not confirmed. If you did not receive any confirmation email, the booking has not been confirmed.
• The advertisement was rejected but no revised copy was received by the stipulated deadline.

What if I have questions about my booking or general enquiries?
You may email us at a5ads@jcdecaux.com with your name, contact number and booking number (if applicable) for enquiries. We will respond to you within 3 – 5 working days.
